Relationships are complicated. People are complicated. And sometimes loving someone doesn't automatically mean knowing how to understand them. Relationship coaching is a space to get curious about how you connect, communicate, navigate differences, and show up for each other. Not to figure out who's right or wrong, but to better understand what's happening between you and what you actually want to do about it. We can talk about the messy stuff, the uncomfortable stuff, the things you've been avoiding, and even the things that are going really well. Whether you're dating, married, monogamous, polyamorous, queer, questioning, or somewhere outside the usual boxes, you belong in the conversation. This isn't about building the "perfect" relationship. It's about building relationships that make sense for the actual humans in them. Relationship coaching is nonclinical and is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
