Why are groups so helpful for mental wellness? Groups help in the sharing of knowledge and experiences. Members/Clients can model healthy behaviors and healthy attachments through the therapist's modeling of boundaries and respect. During a time when social interactions are highly limited people are feeling a universal feeling of disconnect with their fellow human beings. In this structured counseling group members can experience normalizing the discussion of mental health with creating healthy communication skills. Counseling Group for adults 18+ This is a broad counseling group with a focus on mental wellness, stress management, and healthy coping skills. This group will be online via zoom Thursdays from 6:30 pm-7:45 pm. Materials will be provided to each member outlining the content of the group as well as supplemental materials to enhance group topics. Groups run once a month for $55 per member billed day of the group.
